 Anna & Rhaya will be teaming up to run this weekend workshop in London focusing on wellbeing
designed specifically to support those with type 2 Diabetes.

We run sugar free retreats and whilst our focus is for anyone living with type 2 Diabetes
or anyone with a pre-diabetes diagnosis, we also help anyone who wants to break free from the sugar and stress cycle.

Whilst we are passionate about blood sugar management through dietary choices,
our approach does not look at food in isolation.
We share evidence based tips and techniques to balance blood sugar levels, improve sleep
and increase energy levels naturally

The cost of the weekend covers -
organic drinks and snacks throughout the day plus broths and lunch
food classes and coaching sessions with both Anna & Rhaya
a recipe booklet and coaching guidelines to take home with you
a lovely goodie bag with gifts to help support you once you return home

£295 for the weekend
